Essential Oils are therapeutic oils extracted from plants by distillation. Only certain plants that have medicinal values are utilized for preparing essential oils like Clove, Eucalyptus, Tea tree, etc.,

The most sought after cure for Headache and Migraine are the volatile oils (Essential oil). Popular one being the Eucalyptus Oil. There are many herbs which relieve headache and some of them are Peppermint Oil, Lavender Oil, Rosemary Oil.

When you have a severe Migraine and don’t intend to take a tablet, you can prefer essential Oils. Take a few drops of oil and apply it over your temples and forehead. The strong aroma of the oil will also help you to relieve from headache by inhaling.
